Route-to-pipeline resolution

Every route, the pipeline it names, and whether that pipeline still exists and is enabled.

Why it matters

OpenPipeline routing is a small surface with an outsized failure mode: a route pointing at a pipeline that was renamed or removed does not raise an error anyone sees. The data still arrives — unprocessed, unmasked and unenriched, which is precisely the state the pipeline existed to prevent.
The check resolves every route against the pipelines that exist and reports the ones that do not resolve, with the volume flowing through each. It is one check because that is genuinely all it takes to answer the question.

Questions we get about this domain

How does an unresolved route go unnoticed?

Because ingest does not fail. The records land in the default path and look normal in a query; only the enrichment, masking or drop rule that should have applied is missing, and nothing reports the absence of a transformation.

Is this the same as the Pipelines domain?

Related but not the same. Pipelines asks what the processing does; OpenPipeline asks whether the routing reaches it at all.
